Basically, if all they're doing is running and rod spamming then I class that as trying to draw a ranked match @Hivlik

As it says in the rules, drawing a ranked match by doing said actions ^ is kickable. However, I rarely kick for this anyways, unless it's excessive. E.G. Running away for a solid 3-5 minutes without fighting at all. That's how I interpret it. I haven't kicked for it before, but I would if something like this would happen.

As long as the player is just running and not camping, I do not kick since the Arena rules allow it.

No, there is no place in the rules that says trying to draw a ranked match is illegal. There is a line that says trying to draw a ranked match through means of camping is illegal, and then it goes on to define camping, but running and trying to draw a ranked match is within legal boundaries, and you are in the wrong if you're punishing for it.

Ok, that's how I've interpreted it. I've never punished for it though, only warned.
