TeamSpeak
I don't see a TeamSpeak IP advertised anywhere on your website or forums. Make a Teamspeak server or else….-,-

Oh, right, I almost forgot the magic word. Please. :)

I'd imagine also that it would be nice if your emoticons actually worked on the forum. You know….turning :) and :P , et cetera, into actual smiley faces? But apparently you choose to be behind nearly every other server.

We have a mumble server…if that's good enough for you :(

badlion.no-ip.org:9001

Also, I'd rather have a custom forum than like vBulletin, phpMYBB, or something. A lot of those other forum softwares have lots of features that are unneeded and can cause lag. In addition, I'm sure it's easier implementing custom things like match histories and highscores and stuffs.

XenForo is a perfectly fine forum. Or Forumotion…Zetaboards…Proboards, etc. 3/4 of those are free (not XenForo). As for forums, they usually don't cause much lag unless you put fancy flash….which the front page of this website has a huge applet of. -,-

Websites shouldn't be treated like a game where you make considerations due to lag. It takes a heck of a lot more to lag a website than it does a server: excessive use of images, videos, etc.

I hate regular forum boards tbh, and our custom one allows integration of things that are not normally available from things directly in game (we have a list of things we want to do). It's a better benefit to have something custom then it is not, fact is most people don't have the knowledge on how to make a custom one.

*slow claps* Congrats on being the first person I've ever met out of tens of hundreds who hate mainstream forums, free or otherwise.

From what I've heard from Archybot, mumble servers are more secure than teamspeak servers.

They are also less resource consuming for its users (less broadband and CPU usage)
