The rules say that people with ranks are

Rules wrote

not allowed to produce content in any way, shape, or form on blacklisted servers

I'am sure many of you watch Nestor's top 5 uhc thing, and my question is that can Mr. Ngal upload clips of say a uhc from a blacklisted server submitted to his email by a player.
I'am in no way disagreeing with this new rule, I was just wondering if his top 5 thing would be an exception.

Ngal did. Hotdog didnt. But they dont come on here regularly

But then how did hotdog get his rank?
DId the owner just see his badlion vid and be like "Oh hey that guy meets the requirements for the famous rank, iam gonna give him it"
