Players who intentionally antagonize members of the community to get them to say things that'll get them muted should be muted first.

It is unfair for the staff to mute someone who is responding to what someone's doing just to get a response, unless what they respond with is seriously toxic.
Things like "you're not even good" and "doesnt deserve elo" can easily spark responses like "that's why I destroyed/rekt/10'd you", or "im actually good" which are generally muted for

Can be stopped by players not responding, but that obviously doesn't happen and the people trying to get this to happen intentionally should be punished
