So everyone is saying that eu is better then na and na is better then eu. So is it possible that you could have na's ping and eu's ping the same on one server? if so the requirements are 1800 + or 1.0 kdr in uhc.This is only a suggestion it doesn't have to happen.

Lol, I've always thought that badlion should have a server in Azores (Portuguese arquipelago) so East Coast players and Europeans would have similar ping, but the particular island you mentioned will NOT have the right requirements.
