How do you tell if you are being "DOSSED" My internet has been pretty crappy lately and it has been like switching on and off, sometimes it isnt laggy at all but sometimes it very laggy. Can someone tell me how I can find out if i am being "DOSSED" Or what else it could possibly be? Thank you and series comments please.
