Brackets are done.Wave A is played first. Once Wave A is finished Wave B is played, and shortly after that is top 32. The groups are single elimination but top 32 will be double elimination. Wave A starts at 12:00 PM EST / 9:00 AM PST. Wave B starts after that finishes, which I suspect to be maybe about an hour afterwards, but this is not based on data so I am not sure.
