When you join a UHC and everyone is looking for a team, and if you're muted it's almost impossible to team with people you don't know if they don't notice you. My suggestion is to make it able for muted players to talk there (so don't unmute them, but just make it a mutefree area) and if they would abuse this and say something bad they would get permbanned.
