Recently two streamers have been banned for illegal mining, both were banned for not going up to y32 then down to bedrock I mean cmon guys they're streamers how do you expect them to provide entertaining content whilst looking at there y level, because of this I feel like illegal mining should just be a death ban. It would honestly make so many people feel beter because you don't have to play on alts all the time if u according dently go to y20 in stead of y32

The mining rules have always been the same or higher (used to be like y40) and if they're gonna play maybe they should follow the rules. I'm 90% sure Dfield is the reason this thread was made, and all he was saying was that ban evasion should be disallowed (that idea's been shut down enough times) and that he, as a streamer, shouldn't have been banned for rule breaking since he deserves special treatment. It's not like it's hard to take 2 seconds to glance at your y level every so often. He also said that the mining rules were stupid because no other servers had rules like that, but badlion hosts the largest games and actually moderates them.
edit: after looking into it i see most other moderated uhc's have the exact same rules? lol
