What kind of security issues?

You should Google them instead of asking me. All I know is, Windows 10 can take pretty private information from your computer to advertise you to your standards, something I really despise.

just a suggestion

Get other Ram Sticks with higher speed like 1866 or something like that, it will help a lot to your computer

Hmm..I have to get a better processor first, then I'll think about upgrading some other parts, like the RAM. Thank you!

You have a decent processor tho, the graphics card is the first thing you would like to upgrade

It depends if you have a good PC or not… I had a Windows 8 Laptop that ran up to 190 fps… When I upgraded, I barely got above 100… But if u have a good PC, there should not be any decrease in fps :)
