Explain please

so I am playing some ranked matches, and then this happend, Any explanation??I wasnt lagging at the time and these people werent hacking since everyone got these hits on me, this is just a compilation of the most annoying ones i've had.

You were most likely lagging. The hits and knockback are sort of delayed, unless it was the server's own problem at the time.
