Personally I think the new famous rank should be like the others and take views into consideration too, plus their standing in the Badlion community. (What I mean by this, is people who grew their channel with content completely irrelevant to the badlion community, then upload a few badlion videos to get the rank, when no one in the community knows who they are).But yeah, the new rank in my opinion should take views into account. I can name quite a few channels that have 75k+ yet struggle to get 1,000 views a video :^
Will there be any changes to people with the current famous rank, who got it at 10k, yet fall short of 15k in subs? (But still get the required views)
Edit: After reading the current replies to this thread, I also think that current famous should be renamed to "Popular" to have a distinguish between the 2 current famous ranks other than the color of the tag.

New Rank
The biggest change we will be making is the addition of a new rank. This rank is called Famous (Signified by a light blue [Famous] tag) and will be above the old famous rank. The old famous rank will be changed to JrFamous, signified by the familiar light green [Famous] tag. The new rank will be a very exclusive rank available to people with a minimum of 75k subs or 50k followers. It will be special in that all reports and issues with people of this rank will be handled directly by administrators and they cannot not be punished by mods.
New requirements
With the addition of a new rank we have altered the requirements for all of the available ranks. If you already have a rank you will be grandfathered into it and may keep it unless you go inactive or do anything else to cause you to lose the rank.
Special ranks and punishments
We will be cracking down on people with free ranks who are breaking the rules. If you are getting free donator permissions from us you are expected more then anyone to know and follow the rules. If any ranked player is banned for a NON-CHEATING offence will lose their rank and will not be allowed to re-apply for thirty days. If you are caught cheating (or have been in the past) you will not be offered a free rank and will lose one if you have it. Some mutes will also cause for the loss of your rank depending on the severity of the mute and the amount of mutes you have.

wait wait wait, so anyone who got punished for cheating in the past can't get jrfamous or famous? that's mean i won't get it?
Because ginie1 told me i'll get it in a month or two so i'm disapointed

Will people lose famous rank if they don't meet the requirements? Because I know a lot of people (specifically people from the Twitch department) that don't have near 15 followers but have famous rank. Unoriginal? Yes. However, + looks and feels better than JrFamous - which sounds really strange. Personally, I would've changed it to something completely different. Perhaps JrFamous to [Popular] or JrFamous to [Famous] and Famous to [Celeb] or [Celebrity]?
