Title almost explains it all. The mobs shall be more geared and stronger than usual, plus drop some really good loot, such as Sharp 3 swords, flame bows and swords, good armour, you get the point, folks. Also, these will be scattered around the world.
Examples of mobs:
Charged Creeper: A charged creeper. Yes, this actually exists in vanilla, except I'm going to make it a bit harder here. It will do A TON of damage. The darn thing will take a while to charge though, so you're not completely done for. It has 80 health and is surrounded by 2 leather zombies with stone swords. Drops the best loot.
The Full Iron Zombie: A regular zombie with reinforcements, and full iron PLUS enchantments.
xNestorio: What do you think? A skeleton with a power 3-5 bow, with full iron. No enchantments. Also wears ngal head.
Spooky Scary Skeleton: Invis skeleton. Packs a good punch but doesn't have a sword.

-1 people on badlion are already stacked and if a player find a spawner he will get full diamond in 5 minutes and there are already people getting full diamond in 5 minutes trust me, and only god knows how they do
