Processor or Graphics Card?

Okay, Hi. I've been really confused about this for a while. I want to upgrade my pc a bit. I currently haveProccesor - i3-4160 (which is complete shit)
Graphics card - GTX 630 (which is also shit)
I was thinking for buying a new graphics card first which is GTX 750 ti. But people told me to not to and upgrade my processor to i5 or i7. I am a streamer so let's say If I want to stream the uhc I do not want lag.
i5 Or GTX 750 ti?
