Considering that helpop is one of the main reasons people get muted in UHC's, why would we give the players we muted for breaking rules in helpop access to helpop…-Matt

Imo, /sc isnt that bad of a thing to allow muted players to do, but its also not that hard to just say your coords or put them in TS.
Also, if you are muted and want to report someone use /report. As a host, I respond to just about every report in my games unless Im extremely busy or actively recording someone. We may not respond to you in msg, but we did see your respond and most likely began watching them.
