I was muted by Yms for so called "Spamming" "Duel Me Build"

How is that punishable? And doesn't everyone do it? I guess since there was not that many people online nobody actually tried dueling me.

Did I spam it in all Caps? No! Did I specifically target anyone? No! Then why the hell was I muted? Power Abuser…
