I was thinking that we have a plugin that multiplies (x)exp you get from mobs if you kill them with a looting sword.
Could we do the same thing with fortune except with ores?
You'd get more EXP from destroying ores with Fortune.

This was coded in HCSMP, might never have been migrated to Factions.
