Why is there a Fishing Rod and Bow Delay??

I live in California and I get bow and fishing rod delay in arena and in the whole server so I would like to know if there is a way that I can fix that problem. I'm playing on na.badlion.net so that might be the problem.Posted on 03 February 2016 - 07:54 PM
