Can Moderators/higher staff look at PM's?

Me and my friend were messing around a lil' in Private Messages the other day, and suddenly a Moderator muted us randomly, we hadn't even typed anything in the main chat, and they muted us for "toxic language" or something around the lines of that, but it was something with us being toxic apparently… I got extremely confused to why we were muted, and luckily me and my friend could phone on skype so we atleast could conversate… I'd appreciate if anyone who's 100% sure responds to this.Have a great day ;)

It was on my alt that I got muted for toxic language or something like that. My alt is not registered on Badlion as I only have one mail address.Posted on 11 February 2016 - 01:54 PM
Do you expect the staff going to investigate this when you don't even specify that IGN? Write it plsAlso, is this is the correct section? You can go report the staff member if you feel the mute was incorrect, https://www.badlion.net/forum/category/8
