For a large majority yes. The # of cases we get with this are really small anyways. Most people do not try to use it to gain an unfair advantage. This is to help enforce that youtubers/streamers are showing good practices in our community.

I had a habit of doing that, especially when I'm checking for coords, sometimes I move left… so yeah… time to install Forge (which doesn't work sadly, for me), to install coords mod.
