Just use maths and move/ dodge in the most random patterns never just do side to side… And Study the other persons strafe. I'm not that good I just play Unranked… So take or leae the advise.

Id say I'm an okay bower, so I guess I'll give my advice.Be unpredictable, do random things to confuse your enemy. From long range, don't focus about hitting your target, just predict where they're going and aim in that general direction. The most important part of long range is to avoid being hit!!! Cut your shot short and strafe if the arrow is in your path. I would recommend hit boxes because, at least for me, it lets me see the future path of the arrow easier because it's easier for me to spatially get a sense of its angle
From mid range, predict your opponents strafe, and figure it out at all costs, even if it gets you in a disadvantage at the start. Maybe you'll ad tap to fake strafe, or jump back, or left or right, but mix it up, and you'll be golden.
From short range, repeat the above but alternate between half powered and full powered shots. It confuses your opponent and works really fucking well :)

Easiest way to bow IMO:Step 1: Let them strafe
Step 2: Shoot them when they stay still to take the shot
Step 3: Strafe after you shoot and hope that they take a shot as you strafe
Step 4: Repeat the process and try to keep the same rhythm going

How do you strafe bow shots? I mean what buttons and do you jump?

Well when I bow, I literally don't move and I just stand still. It's a bad habit but I still win fights.

standing still, when you don't overuse it, works for elo's 1800 and below, (in bow ladders) but after 1900 or so the legit bowers know what you're about to do so it works like never

What i ussually do is stand still and wait for them to pull back then i hit them. I always seem to only trade though

Considering I'm a 1200 in all bow kits, I guess you could call me a god,My tips are: hold you right mouse button down until you want to shoot, then let go! Hope this helps <3

I do have to adapt my play style sometimes but I prefer not moving.
