na, i play eu with my 140 ping compared with my 70-80 to east and i can maintain my 2.2k-2.3k average of elo, i think that eu players are more tactical and are thus better at uhc, but na players have more plain skill in the pvps.Posted on 22 February 2016 - 08:32 AM

And there are not much good players in NA so whenever there is a good player, they can earn high elo
