a feature where staff have the option to turn on global alerts. if someone from NA East 1 reports someone for hacking, then it would alert them and say how many staff are online that server.for example:
(NA East 1) Archybot has reported 3_14159265358979 for Kill Aura. Current staff online: m0xy, Alaska, ginie1
(EU 4) appletine has reported MasterGberry for Chat. Current staff online: none
if no staff are online it tells some of the staff members on all of the servers to go check that problem out or something
