Cant use chat

I haven't been able to use chat the last couple of days. No, im not muted. It just says "cannot send chat message" with red letters. Help me pls - removed tag -Posted on 04 March 2016 - 01:44 PM
I have seen this before and SmellyPenguin said you need to enable your chat via the settings in game.Posted on 04 March 2016 - 05:10 PM
Setting>Chat> Turn on Chat
