I purchased a brand new AMD R9 390 (MSI) and it severly underpreforms on minecraft, I used to get about 350 frames with my old GPU (750ti), and now I am getting about 100, this is really annoying since I have a 144hz monitor. if anyone knows a solution/reason please let me know.
PC SPECS:
CPU: I5 3470
PSU: 650W 80+ Gold
RAM: 8GB

Forgot to mention that this is only happening on minecraft, I am getting a solid 300 fps on cs go.
