You mean the matching system that Kohi uses?
If so, yeah, it's been suggested a few times and I believe Gberry said that this will be added once there will be the time for coding it (only for popular ladders, however, because it could be difficult to get into a match like Vanilla with this queueing system [example {maybe the only one}: BuildUHC]).
