Winter is over, lets go back to the old fashion lobbies. Or you can do what I want and create new lobbies. That's why you have a build team. You don't have enough builders? Then just get a schematic file from Planet Minecraft

I'm on the build team and from my experience we're only used to make arenas and actual maps not lobbies.

It's possible, but it would require a lot of time, patience and getting used to. Purely because the build team currently isn't comfortable shifting onto building lobbies quite just yet. We mainly build arenas and that's what we're used to.
