I'm not sure if this is just me, but it only happens on Badlion (I can connect to other servers regularly) so I might as well post it here in hopes there is something you can do about it; although, this issue will most likely resolve itself because I feel like it has happened to me before in the past:
Edit: Not just me. This is a known issue.
