I'm kinda annoyed. I'm fine with all the other changes they made to 1.9 badlion, but I don't see the point in even having a 1.9 server if you're gonna take out the cooldown. Me (and a lot of other people) are getting bored of pvp. I was excited to finally get some change, something to spice up pvp, but now it's pretty much the exact same.
