I THINK! If you shift and unshift really quickly it allows you to pull of a lot of high damage hits in rapid succession. This is just what I have observed the glitch abusers doing. Not sure if this is exactly it, but you can get from full health to 0 health in a second or two. It is almost an instant death.

Fixed already
