Recently, the ability to /report (username) (reason) has been added to the server, but I still see a large amount of people either /msging me or calling out the hacks in public chat. /msging me (or another mod online) works, but ALL mods online see /report, so your problem will be dealt with faster. To the people who use public chat as their report system: THE PEOPLE YOU REPORT CAN SEE THAT TOO!! If you really want to get them punished for hacking, don't let them know that a mod is on their way by announcing in chat that you think they hack! The /report function is here for a reason.
tl;dr - Use /report, not /msg or global chat.

I msg mods if I click the "other" category. Also, no helpop in arena ;(
