I've been having this problem for a few hours: https://youtu.be/6XV48a_FbAo

It even happens in fights and throws me off.
My cpu and ram are running at about 50% so i dont know anyhthing else.
All my MC settings are maxed out and have had no previous problems.
I've also been using this texturepack for a while so thats not it.

Please help someone.

i needed to set chunk reloading to smooth
