Lost elo because of a bug

I had about 1800 elo on nodebuff, and I went on 1.9 to try it out.I played 2 ranked matches and I lost my elo from 1.7.My global elo is 1401 but I have 61 wins and 10 loss.
And for some reason the fights that I played on 1.9 count as 1.7.

Can I get my elo back? If not, then at least reset my elo please.
