[Bug?] Only 8 arrows in all kits

Hey, quick question.I was playing ArenaPvP earlier today and everything was normal, but within the last three hours all kits were updated to only have 8 arrows (I tried Horse, Iron, Diamond, Build, and IronBuild and they all had fewer arrows than they should). SG has 32 though… I don't know if this was a bug or whether it was intentional, but I figured I'd report it anyway.

oh no 1.9 is taking over 1.7 and 1.8 as well
