+ 1If they did anything to be banned they shouldnt keep their elo or leaderboard spot as a punishment. My opinion

+1, but they should only get added back if they appealed and they were proved not guilty of cheating.
If they used a hacked client to get to #1, got banned and then unbanned because they pleaded guilty, then they should still have their elo reset.
