New elo system.

The new elo system is honestly retarded in my opinion. It makes people that have 1800+ ELO hard to get into a match cause there's not many people that are ranked up to there.Saying so if you want to get in a ranked match you have to wait MINUTES upon MINUTES.
Please for the love of god fix this.

We will make some improvements to it shortly. It's not as smart as you think it is though. You just got very unlucky…or no one is playing the ladder you are trying to play.
