XRAY BUG

So I had this problem since I got my new PCI played 4 uhcs since this season has started (S12) and I quitted from all of them because everytime I break a block my minecraft looks as if I had xray and then it sudently crashes.
(SKIP TO MIN 5 TO SEE THE BUG, BEFORE MIN 5 IT IS JUST ME SAYING SILLY THINGS WITH MY FRIENDS)
PLEASE HELP ME SOLVE IT

You need to allocate more ram for minecraft
