To be completely honest I'm not going to shit talk Rift but rather give an incite into our clan because I believe we operate differently to others
Firstly, we are a Multi-National clan, meaning focus on all regions. We started out over a year ago as an EU clan however in the last 15 months have greatly expanded our NA / SA rosters (https://gyazo.com/9220162eb57840e0db13f3a84020fe15)
The main reason we are the longest standing active clan is really down to our large and active community. The leaders / officers of my clan host 2 - 4 clan events each day, where we get a large group of us to play on a server or a gamemode for an hour or so. eg. CTF, Arena 5v5, Hypixel
This means that any new member can easily get to know the rest of us and persuades people to stay active and just have fun. Many clans operate solely as a team and I believe that can cause inactivity and isn't really as fun
The other side to our clan events however is the fact that it has strongly developed our skill as a team. By practising the likes of CTF to even Hypixel Minigames, it develops greater teamwork and communication with each other which ultimately wins team events and has resulted in our great Clan Wars score
Currently as a clan we are trying to encourage the new PUG gamemodes as this will be the actual competition in tournaments and hopefully Clan Wars will move to these as soon as the Scrim feature is out. Many clans are still stuck with the mentality that Arena clanwars are the way to go however we as a clan still try to get CTF scrims in order to boost other clans to play these gamemodes so that there is some strong and active competition between clans on Premium
Overall I believe as a clan we really try to provide a more fun experience to all members. Many people in the clan do not particularly love participating in clan wars however love the clan events. Others however love the competitive aspect and therefore we make sure we provide weekly EU and NA clan wars
I would definitely give Ominous a try to see if its your cup of tea, however if not I would definitely recommend Rift as the next best as they are another respectable, great clan and the management seems pretty good from what I have heard

Tbh it was a little awkward when I tried to join your ts and everyone is speaking some European language. It was a lil bit tough to get to know you guys considering I was NA and didn't speak whatever the hell you were speaking.I feel like this clan is mainly an EU clan.

@OurGumnerIsDeadWe definitely have more EU Members and have a greater EU roster, but that doesn't mean our focus is shifted towards EU. We have many of our Officers / Leaders dedicated to developing the NA side through recruiting and providing regular Clan Events and Scrims / Clan Battles
As for Teamspeak, I know personally that I only go in English speaking rooms and so do the NA Members. French and Balkan players do sometimes use our ts but the majority speak English as it is required to join the clan anyways. I cant remember how long you specifically were in the clan however the best and easiest way to get to know us was through the clan events so you should have given them a try.
