We really want people who can show through stats that they are globally good at all skills. Individual kits aren't really gonna be as important once clan wars / competitive minecraft has shifted from Arena –> PUG gamemodes meaning we want people who have all the skill sets needed. The reason for why we have requirements for Rod + Pot players is really because we want to expand those teams and we already have a very large roster of great bow players
