F3+A Rule discussion

***THIS ISN'T INVOLVING ANY CASES OF PLAYERS, IT IS JUST A RULE DISCUSSION***I believe this the F3+A rule should be completely removed. Do I F3+A to see players? No. Here are some reasons as to why I think the rule on F3+A should be completely removed:
-As far as I have checked (I may be wrong), F3+A usage is NOT detected on the server side. So you are probably thinking the obvious, the only people that will get caught using F3+A to their advantage are the famous Youtubers, and most of the time, streamers. (Streamers often get caught in the moment in UHCs, they can press F3+A in an emergency e.g. to see a teammate through a mountain while being chased and they cannot edit this out as youtubers can). The amount of witchhunting is unreal, all of the known players are being reported while people that spam it at every chance are off scott free. Even with the case of streamers deleting their past streams, some guy is probably recording the whole game trying to catch a fault.
-Think about blockhitting, or W tapping. These are both bugs in NATIVE MINECRAFT that we all use to our advantage every day. Why is spamming F3+A so different? The F3+A bug is present in all standard, unmodified Minecraft clients, just as blockhitting is. We can use F3+A to advantage, just as we use blockhitting. The only real reason that blockhitting is not bannable is because it is so incredibly easy to do and so many people do it, if we were to make blockhitting bannable, there would have to be a staff member watching every player. Sounds pretty silly right? Also think about the alting rule. Alting was made legal because of the witchhunting of known players evading regular bans on alts. I think it is at the point now where F3+A should be made legal, also because of the witchhunting. My point in this paragraph is that F3+A spam is just like a regular bug that we use every day, and the fact that it is PERMANENTLY bannable is shocking.
-Finally, I want to discuss the part of the rule that states F3+A spam is only allowed to fix frames. This is unfair in my opinion, there will be so many bullshit excuses that people can use to get away with F3+A spam while others can't. For example, some screen recorders will always keep the framerate of a video at 60FPS, it doesn't matter if you are running Minecraft at 10FPS or 5FPS, it will keep the recording at 60. If someone was to use one of these recorders, and didn't have their in-game framerate up but spammed F3+A, what would happen then? Nobody would be able to tell if they were doing it to see a player or to fix frames, there would be too much confusion.
Please nobody take this as a complaint, I am just trying to say that for the above reasons, the rule on F3+A should be removed. I know it can give a big advantage, but I think the benefits of removing the rule outweigh the negatives.

On my life I am not bullshitting lol, the recorder is called Loilo, before I found action I would record 60FPS video with 20FPS gameplay, see for yourself if you want to.
