UHC Scenario!

So over the past month or so, I have seen many suggestions for a bowless gamemode. I think that this is a good idea, but needs to be altered a bit. I have two different ideas for my gamemode of "Bowless".1. Spiders don't drop string. This is the way that 75% of people get bows in uhc's. This would reduce the amount of bows in the game, making it more challenging. You could still obtain bows from skelly drops, or string fom a mineshaft or dungeon.
2. There is a cool down for the bow. Basically, you could only draw the bow back 10 (could vary) seconds after every shot. This prevents most bowspamming(why people want bowless uhc's), yet still preserves long range combat.
In the rodless scenario, you have snowballs. I see this as the "snowballs" for my bowless scenario. +/-1 for each idea.
Edit: I just realized that it looks like one big scenario. I thought of these two options as seperate scenarios. Do let me know if you think they should go together.

Bow is one of the biggest parts of UHC.-1
