I think it can be annoying when someone keeps the caps lock on. the punishment should be a 5-30 min.The reason why I posted this thread anyway was since I get tons of hackusations on Hypixel and Mineplex. As you could expect, many of them keep the caps lock on as they rage at me. I told them I practiced on Badlion and advertised the ip but got a 30 day mute. https://www.badlion.net/forum/thread/edit/101181

We have quite a few chat rules and it would be extremely hard to enforce a no CAPS rule.. It's not that hard to just ignore it..-1
