Trying to get help on your Mumble server is a pain in the bum. There is an average of 3-5 staff in the staff room, but they're all muted and/or deafened and never flippin' respond to me even when I'm in the staff help area. Mumble is also retarded in the fact that it doesn't have a bloody Poke button and the staff wouldn't be able to see they're receiving PMs with the "Deafen" feature. -,-In short, I'm fed up with sitting on your Mumble server for hours trying to get an answer to someone verbally abusing me on the server and somehow magically getting in every MCSG 1v1 I ever try to get in at a certain time of day. Your staff are unreachable and unhelpful. This server doesn't deserve publicity. I am GONE! -,-

I agree with @AglerWaterflow. I was talking to @BurntCactus and @Covert about how a TeamSpeak server might be better for Badlion at this point. He is also right about the poke feature and how mumble has nothing like that. If he was in staff help and no staff saw him, we could never respond to him or anything. Maybe it's time for a TeamSpeak server?@Archybot

You can send messages to the Staff Area channel (or should be). If we are muted, that typically means we aren't there (like I'm not at home right now). The fact is voice programs will never be a reliable source of contact because we prefer everything to be logged permanently. This is why people can't edit ban appeals/reports so we have a perm record of all complaints and appeals for whatever we would need them for.Posted on 21 July 2014 - 01:45 AM

Also if things get out of hands take some screenshots, and post it on the forums and we can mute them for an extended period of time. Trust me I know how it feels to have someone constantly trash talk you, and constantly try to get in every match you get in to prove superiority over a block game. And stalk you from server to server and a ton of other things, but… for contacting staff if none are ingame come to the forums.

Although I hate AlgerWaterlow's horrible attitude, I agree Badlion needs a TeamSpeak, many players are more familiar with TeamSpeak. Even though Mumble servers are more secure, TeamSpeak is cleaner and more widely known, most of the people I know have no clue what a Mumble is.Posted on 21 July 2014 - 02:27 AM

There isn't even a discussion of whether we will be getting a teamspeak or not. Teamspeak servers will not work behind our current protection setup, and we aren't making ourselfs extremely less secured by adding on. So the answer to a badlion teamspeak is no.Posted on 21 July 2014 - 07:42 AM
