Badlion ELO-System
Can you please limit the Elo system so e.g people struggle with 1,400 Elo against people with 1400-1500 Elo . When a person reaches 1300 fights against a 1900 , it's unfair

1. There is a new system for season 13.
2. The current system is a much better show of consistency.

yeah, but it is unfair, when you have low elo and then you fight against someone with 2000 elo!

But you only lose 1 elo, and it will help you improve :)

True, but it got me thinking, technically you could beat people with 600 elo leess than you 600 times to get to 2k.

You need to realize that while it is true that it's hard for you to beat a 1900, there's always the possibility that you will beat them because they make a dumb mistake or underestimate you. You'll only lose an insignificant number of elo when you lose against a higher elo opponent, but think about how much you'll gain if you do beat them. True, it's very unlikely that it'll happen, but it does happen; trust me. Besides, you'll get better even if you do lose. And if you win, you'll get better AND get a lot of elo. Win-win

It's a new matchmaking system, not a new elo system.

I'm very aware.
The current matchmaking system is a much better show of consistency then the proposed one.

That's exactly what I love about fighting 1800s and up, pretty much.
