If this is what you meant originally, than I'd agree. No-one would see it in-game, and it could be another cosmetic donator feature. Other people could only see renamed items via profile match pages.

I like how it took 5 days for people to realize what viprite really wanted…But yes, this would be a cool and small feature– as long as it's purely going to show up in the person's inventory and match history.
