ok so this guy (kingpig2000) is camping in his spawn and just sitting there just generally camping. i report him and just wait and message the staff and they do nothing. at the moment there was 5 mods online so i kept asking for help and eventually i said in public chat instead of /msg telling the staff to help their players and got muted. great community right?Posted on 25 March 2016 - 01:18 PM
You are supposed to use the /report function at all times. Never should you post in global chat or message a staff member telling them what to do.Remember, there can be up to 1000 players on a single server. Even if all 5 staff moderate at once, that is still 200 players for 1 staff member. We try our best, but unfortunately, we cannot handle every request from our playerbase.

About the thread, I do have to say that each time that I get a camper I just message all of the mods that are online. Why? Because the /report function is never seen in case I use it. I used to try to report someone but then nothing would happen so it's now easier to just say "Hey I have a camper, can you help?" Instead of waiting hours for the /report to be seen

You shouldn't expect a reply fairly quickly when there are well over a thousand players and only a mere 3 to 4-ish staff members on that server, on average.You're not the only one rudely, yet constantly asking a mod to spectate because of impatience. Take note that just because moderators have moderate in their name, doesn't mean they're always on duty.
I'll tell you straight up, one half of the staff members online whilst you're online are most likely chilling and playing ranked to take their mind off things whilst the other half are constantly moderating. You never know who's on or off duty so simply don't expect an answer as soon as possible. We can't answer everyone's request but don't let that prevent you from /report'ing.
