As we know, when 1.9 came out, the majority of the pvp community was not impressed. However, I think we can get more players onto 1.9 by adding an anti cooldown plugin. Every weapon/tool has an attack speed, and if you set it to 10, there is basically no hit delay. It would be nice if the developers could make a plugin where every weapon is set to an attack speed of 10. I think that would make 1.9 more like the traditional pvp and make a great experience for the developers.BTW here is an attack speed example: https://gyazo.com/87e2c1111d97181b1a16fc837bab6146
