You don't know me the best, we have been in a few teams peaks together with Connie mostly. I was recently perm muted at around 6am (NZST) for exceeding the amount of muted considered to be a perm mute.
I am obviously not happy about this. So I would like to explain some things. First of all.. None of these mutes were false mutes I REPEAT NO FALSE MUTES. All the mutes were absoloutly meant to be. BUT, half of these mutes were my just having a laugh or being a bit silly, eg. Saying to a friend to join the call **** or something, yes I know I'm stupid, but it was funny at the time. Also can I add I only joined badlion just after S10 started, I joined at the very start of November. This meant that I started with over 10 mutes before I even got onto the sever (as this is my brothers account before he quit) this means that I was only allowed to be muted 10+ times less.

To make things worse. Either one of your staff on AU badlion or any of the badlion staff has been abusing their powers as a mod and un-muted me, got my hopes up. Which I thought that I was un-muted, so I was obviously all happy in chat, bragging. Then I lent my account to my friend to play on, because she forgot her password lel. Then she tried to msg someone, then it says 'your currently muted'. So either some mod abused their powers to un-mute then mute me again, or AU badlion is glitchy, which if it was that (tbh wouldent be surprised) but then you really need to fix that, because that's wrong how I got my hopes up, thinking I wasn't muted, then turning out I got muted later, is just sad to me and anyone else that would ever happen to.

So overall, I would like to Thankyou if you have taken the time to read this as I know you would be a busy man, if you could respond to anything that's not Copy+paste I would appreciate that.
