Is there a hacked client or something that makes it so your hits inflict 0 kb to make it look like the other person has anti kb? Because if so, they can get like over 9000 people bannedtotally not looking to download it, dont ban me pls

No. Most kb is handled clientside; the rest is handled serverside. Unless you exploit a bug in the server (like the magnet punch exploit in ncp) you cannot change another client's kb.
