No.That's cheating the system.
To receive perma-lion:
Donor > Donor+ > Lion
Not
Temp Lion > Lion
But, with the 15 % deal, if you buy 5 temp. Lions ($12 each), you can get Perma Lion.. Just need to talk to McNerdx first .
